Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Studio Style Pro SaaS platform by owners and managers of beauty salons and aesthetic centres.

1. Service Provider

2. Subscription, Billing, & Stripe

We offer a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. After the trial, to keep using your account, you must activate a paid subscription plan (Solo, Standard, or Premium). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through Settings ➔ Subscription, and your account will remain active until the end of your prepaid period.

3. Data Processing Agreement (DPA - Art. 28 GDPR)

By using the platform, salon owners (the Data Controllers) authorize Studio Style Pro (the Data Processor) to store and manage salon customer schedules, contacts, and employee logs under the guidelines of UK GDPR/GDPR. We adopt industry-grade encryption (SSL/TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest) and will notify you within 72 hours of discovering any data security incidents.

4. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
