2. Data We Process

As a B2B platform, we act as a Data Processor for the salon client data you input, and a Data Controller for your registration data:

Account Information: Business name, owner name, email address, password, phone number, and Stripe billing records.
Operational Data: Appointments, service records, employee rosters, and inventory logs.
Sensitive Data Note: Allergy notes or technical treatment details entered by salon employees are held securely. You must ensure you have appropriate client consent to store these records.

3. How We Share & Store Data

We store data securely in servers located in the UK/EEA. We only utilize sub-processors who adhere to strict security agreements:

Supabase Inc.: Core database hosting (encrypted in transit and at rest).
Stripe Inc.: Card processing and subscription billing. We do not store full credit card details.
Sentry: Real-time error detection and app crash monitoring.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)
